Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Portal.
User Accounts
2.1 Registration:
In order to access certain features of the Portal, you may be required to create a user account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
2.2 Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
Job Seekers
3.1 Job Listings:
The Portal may provide job listings and related information posted by employers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of these listings. Use of the job listings and any subsequent application or interaction with employers is at your own risk.
3.2 User Content:
By submitting resumes, profiles, or any other content through the Portal, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Portal.
Employers
4.1 Job Postings:
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their job postings. By submitting job postings, employers represent that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Candidate Information:
Employer use and handling of candidate information obtained through the Portal must comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations. Employers shall not misuse or disclose candidate information for any unauthorized purposes.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Portal and its content (excluding user-generated content) belong to the Company or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any portion of the Portal without prior written permission from the Company.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Portal for any purpose. Use the Portal at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Portal, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
The Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Portal at any time without prior notice or liability.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
